Our growing team is made up of people who have a passion for making a difference! 

We bring years of experience in both education and industry with the sole aim of empowering families and young people to live their best lives. We understand that many of the people we are priviledged to journey with have experienced trauma navigating an education system that has not met their needs.  

Our genuine, caring and flexible approach is what sets us apart and we love thinking outside the box to find solutions that gently move young people from wherever they are to where they want to be, always celebrating their unique strengths.

Lorraine founded Willow in 2021. She works directly with young people and their families while also focusing on growing Willow to support as many families as possible.

Andy joined Willow in February 2025 to support the operations around a growing business.
