Sarah is a multi-skilled educator who plays a key role in shaping the creative and technology-driven vision at Willow.

With over 15 years of experience supporting young people across a range of ages and needs, she brings warmth, adaptability and a deeply student-centred approach to every session. Sarah has a rich background as both an artist and creative business owner, giving her a uniquely hands-on, imaginative teaching style. Whether she’s exploring digital tools, building practical projects, supporting learners through games-based learning or developing confidence through art and making. Sarah helps young people feel empowered, capable, and excited to learn.

She also incorporates functional skills development and life-based learning where appropriate, including light food-based sessions to build independence, planning, and confidence in real-world tasks. Her approach blends creativity, movement, technology and curiosity to support young people to thrive in a safe, engaging and responsive environment.Outside of Willow, Sarah is usually creating, making, or gaming - often with the supervision of her two black cats, Hugo and Fishcake.
