16+ Pathway

We recognise that there are gaps in provision for neurodiverse young people once they turn 16.

Further education and careers advice can be a challenge to navigate. We work closely with the young person to establish their goals and to co-create a pathway to achieve them.

We can support online learning, provide career guidance, offer preparation for adulthood and scaffold entrepreneurial pathways if appropriate. If a young person wants to explore employment we can faciliate CV writing and prepare for interviews.

We bring together our host of skills in both education and industry, our knowledge of the young person and our growing understanding of neurodiversity to nurture, coach, mentor and tutor a young person on their journey to good adult outcomes.

We think outside the box and validate the desire to follow a road less travelled which we encounter with many of our talented young people!
