Andy Payne

Andy joined Willow in February 2025 to support the operations around a growing business.

Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from over 35 years in industry in a variety of roles including engineering, design, hospitality, operations management and health and safety.  He keeps everything running smoothly at our new base in Hatton and  is in charge of finances, IT, health and safety, maintenance and front of house!  

Andy enjoys watching cricket, rugby and F1 and loves being on the water in a kayak in the summer!
